Em 1952, a Província Portuguesa do IRSCM expande a sua missão a Moçambique, mais concretamente a Quelimane (1952-1974) com a ida de várias religiosas para o Colégio Nun’Álvares. Seguem-se Gurué (1959-1974), Morrumbala (1959-1974), Dondo (1960-1974) – aqui por intermédio de D. Sebastião Soares Resende, Bispo da Beira (1943-196) – Lourenço Marques (1963-1974) – atual Maputo – Pebane (1963-1974) e Mualama (1972-1974).
As RSCM abandonaram Moçambique em 1974.
